So far the past few months I have been being an eBay euntrepenure. It has been a lot of fun and a lot of hard work. I really have to stay on top of things and somedays it is not fun and I have to force myself to list some auctions.
Daniel has been so kind as to let me use his spare bedroom as my "eBay" room. When I say he let me I mean that one day while he was at work I came over and took everything out of the room, put it in the garage and took over before he came home.
Now that my stuff is slightly more organized I have become slightly more efficient with my eBaying.
I like to have fun with my eBay auctions. If I'm going to be dedicated to doing this I'm going to enjoy myself. One of the things I do is I leave ridiculous and stupid feedback for my buyers. The way that I see it is that as a seller I can't leave negative feedback anyways, it doesn't matter what happened during the transaction, the buyers ALLWAYS get positive feedback. So since it will always be positive it doesn't really matter what I write. I started it on a whim, didn't feel like leaving the generic "A++++, GREAT BUYER!!!!!111!". Now it is increasingly difficult to think of originial feedback. Last week I gave the old people a bunch of laffy taffy candy and saved the wrappers. So all of my buyers got a silly riddle for their feedback.
As for my auctions, I am always honest. I don't try to hide the flaws, I don't inflate my shipping rates. But I do like to have fun with my descriptions every once in a while....
Small decorative hanging white wooden mirror blah blah blah...
