Insomnia makes me crazy

It's 4 in the morning and I haven't slept yet. I haven't even tried because I know it's not going to happen tonight. My apartment is to hot, my bed is to soft, and I am to wired. When I suffer from this horrible insomnia I go slightly insane by forcing myself to be as productive as possible. Keeping myself busy prevents me from panicing about my lack of sleep.
Tonight I have kept myself busy by baking... lots and lots of baking... The church is having a fundraising bake and garage sale on Saturday. I willingly volunteered my new found baking skills.

This is some of my baking that I have done tonight/morning.
They are mocha chocolate chip muffins. I'm running out of room, I'm going to have to fold that laundry soon.

I learned back in my 4H days that "A good cook always keeps the kitchen clean". I usually follow this advice but obviously I cannot keep up with my baking frenzy and this is what my kitchen looks like:

It's bad. It's going to take me forever to clean it up. Jesse and Paige better make a killing on this bake sale or I'm going to be pissed.
